Our Journey
Founded in 1999, our family began with a catering company, serving friends and community events. To ensure the authenticity of our dishes, Chef Mirza Ahmed Baig travelled along the Silk Road and worked with renowned chefs around the world. We opened Baigs Grill in Brampton to bring these refined recipes to everyone.
